Refunds
We want you to enjoy our products as much as we enjoy creating them.  However, sometimes it just doesn't work.  If it doesn't work for you, please send it back within 30 days. The cost of return shipping is free to you.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@toshoutdoors.com.  In the email, please include your name and your order number. You will find the order number on your confirmation email for your purchase.  Please include a brief description of why you are returning the product.  Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label via email, and instructions on how and where to send your package.  We use USPS for return shipping. We will notify you once we’ve received your return.  You will then be refunded using your original payment method. 
You can always contact us for any return question at info@toshoutdoors.com.  Your email will be answered within 24 hours.
Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange your item, just let us know in the email.
